Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom
designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually
send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship
with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, and we will ship with
our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q4: Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online
catalog?
We will update the new products once they are approved. But sometimes we may delay a little to

It takes 15-30 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery
time even for large quantities.
Q8: How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you
need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to

Q9: What's the Payment method?
T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the
full price at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make
twice the transfer.
