Approved Specification & Sample
Confirm the model, key dimensions or capacity where relevant, materials, components, decoration, intended use, packaging and agreed acceptance criteria. The approved drawing or sample becomes the inspection baseline.
QUALITY CONTROL FROM SPECIFICATION TO DISPATCH
FEEMIO's quality and production teams review each order against the approved requirements at the relevant stages: specification and sample, incoming materials and components, production and finished product, packaging and dispatch.
The relevant inspection items, sampling plan and acceptance criteria are matched to the selected model, materials, components, decoration, intended use and order conditions, and should be confirmed before production.
The goal is to find mismatches early, keep the order aligned with the approved standard and give customers a clear basis for acceptance before goods leave the factory.
01 / STRICT INSPECTION PROCESS
Quality requirements are confirmed before production and checked at the stages relevant to the order. This creates a clear standard for the product, components, decoration and packaging before shipment.
Confirm the model, key dimensions or capacity where relevant, materials, components, decoration, intended use, packaging and agreed acceptance criteria. The approved drawing or sample becomes the inspection baseline.
Review the applicable materials and parts against the approved requirements before use. Depending on the product, this may include closures, lids, gaskets, pumps, droppers or other accessories.
Check the applicable appearance, dimensions, assembly, fit and decoration requirements during production and on finished products. Items outside the agreed requirements are identified for follow-up.
Review the finished product, assembled set where relevant, pack quantity, labels, protective structure and order identification against the approved packing requirements before dispatch.
Need a defined sampling plan or additional test? Send the required method, conditions and acceptance criteria before production so they can be reviewed with the order.
02 / PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CHECKS
The main control process remains consistent, while the inspection points vary by product construction and application. Start with the product category, then confirm the exact model, components and use conditions.
Review the container body, capacity or key dimensions, neck or interface, closure fit, appearance, decoration and approved packaging requirements.
View glass packagingReview the container, lid, gasket and other relevant parts as a set. Filling, storage, heating, cooling, cleaning and repeat-use conditions should be stated when applicable.
View food containersReview the bottle, finish and closure combination together with the filling and capping process. Carbonation, pressure, storage and transit conditions should be stated when applicable.
View beverage bottlesReview the bottle finish, closure fit, appearance, decoration, order identification and retail or transit packaging against the approved requirements.
View liquor packagingReview the bottle or jar with the relevant closure, pump, dropper or accessory, plus appearance and decoration. Formula compatibility requires the actual product system and conditions.
View cosmetic glassReview vessel dimensions, appearance, decoration, lid and packaging. Validation of the finished candle also depends on the wax, wick, fragrance and burn conditions.
View candle jarsFor high-borosilicate food-container projects, see the existing Glass Food Container Compliance & Testing guide. Its conditions and conclusions do not automatically apply to other products.
03 / SUPPORTING QUALITY EVIDENCE
Strict inspection starts with an agreed baseline. Inspection items are connected to the approved specification, sample, order requirements and any additional project-specific test conditions.
Use the confirmed drawing, sample and order requirements to define the relevant dimensions, appearance, assembly, decoration and packaging criteria.
Connect the applicable incoming, in-process, finished-product and packaging checks to the order and its approved requirements.
Where reports or additional tests are required, match the source document or method to the exact model, materials, components, conditions and stated scope.
