Have a different design? Send your reference. We have more designs than we show online. For divided boxes, 1040ml means the total capacity, not the capacity of each section. A divider does not automatically provide a liquid-tight seal between sections.

Keep the capacity clear
No. 1040ml is about 35.2 US fl oz or 4.4 US customary cups. A 32 US fl oz / 4 US cup container is about 946ml. The difference is about 94ml.

Conversions use the US customary cup (about 236.6ml), not the 240ml or 250ml cup. Fluid ounces measure volume, not product weight. The agreed sample measurement determines the final capacity label.

Yes. Our published glass lunch-box range includes 1040ml. Send your size, layout and lid brief so we can check the right existing design or review a new mold.
Our borosilicate product MOQ is 300,000 pcs. Please state quantities by model and color. For retail sets, agree the container count and set count in the quotation.
Not always. We first check our existing designs, including options not shown online. A new mold may be needed when your size, rim or compartment layout differs.
We can review both layouts for a 1040ml total-capacity project. Tell us the portion size of each section. We check mold options, divider layout and sealing needs.
Not from capacity alone. Send the lid and rim drawings or samples. Length, width, corner shape, rim size and seal fit must all be checked together.
Yes. Tell us your logo method, lid color and pack design. We confirm artwork, material options and the sample before bulk production.
Use limits depend on the approved glass, lid, seal and decoration. Glass and lids need separate care instructions. Ask for the applicable test results before putting heat claims on your pack.
