Exact capacity needs an exact specification
1040ml = 1.04L ≈ 35.2 US fl oz ≈ 4.4 US customary cups. This is a volume, not the weight of the glass. A capacity label alone does not tell you the outer size, lid fit or usable fill level.

The high borosilicate glass body keeps the same clear use claim: heat-resistant from -20°C to 560°C and suitable for oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher use. Lid care depends on whether the project uses PP, glass-combination or bamboo parts.

The food-grade high borosilicate glass body is heat-resistant from -20°C to 560°C. It is suitable for oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher use. The glass is non-toxic, odor-resistant, stain-resistant and made for stable, long-term use.
Food-grade high borosilicate glass stays clear and does not absorb food odors or stains. It is a durable choice for meal prep, leftovers, fresh produce and private label food-storage ranges.
A matched clip lid and silicone seal create an airtight closure that helps lock in moisture and flavor. For a custom SKU, Feemio matches the glass rim, lid, clips and silicone ring, then checks the assembled set with the agreed leak test.

-20°C to 560°C is the glass-body temperature-resistance range, not a permitted sudden temperature jump. Do not move a frozen glass container directly into a hot oven. Avoid rapid temperature changes and stop using chipped, cracked or damaged glass.

Keep the capacity clear
No. 1040ml is about 35.2 US fl oz or 4.4 US customary cups. A 32 US fl oz / 4 US cup container is about 946ml. The difference is about 94ml.

Conversions use the US customary cup (about 236.6ml), not the 240ml or 250ml cup. Fluid ounces measure volume, not product weight. The agreed sample measurement determines the final capacity label.
Plan the order, not just the container
1040ml alone cannot determine a carton or a shipping load. The shape, lid, retail set and protection change the pack size and weight. Use one packing sheet for each agreed SKU and set.

Not always. We first check our existing designs, including options not shown online. A new mold may be needed when your size, rim or compartment layout differs.

Yes. The high borosilicate glass body is heat-resistant from -20°C to 560°C and is suitable for oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher use. Remove the lid for oven use, never microwave a tightly sealed container, leave freezer expansion space and follow the separate care instructions for the selected lid and silicone seal.

The load depends on the final retail pack, carton, weight and pallet plan. Request a SKU-specific packing sheet with separate 20GP and 40HQ totals in pieces and sets.
Send your design, quantities by model/color, packaging, market and target date. The quote should separate sample, tooling, bulk-production and shipping stages. New molds may need trial and adjustment rounds.
