Q1: What is glass measuring cup?
Glass measuring cups are for liquids. This allows for the change in volume between liquid and dry. You need dry measuring cups which you can level off for dry ingredients, again, because of the change in volume. Your glass cup simply has measure markings in imperial and metric for easy recipe translation.
Q2: Can I have my own design products?
Yes, we accept OEM&ODM. If you have sample or design, we will give a quick response on molding time, mold charge. If you don't have design, just tell us your idea and we will give our design according to your request.
Q3: Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, and we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q4: Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We will update the new products once they are approved. But sometimes we may delay a little to display.If you cannot find the exact packaging bottles that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 100,000 pcs. And we accept small quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and knowing our service.
Q6: How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
Q7: How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-30 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
Q8: How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q9: What's the Payment method?
T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice the transfer.
Q10: How to Place an order?
Please kindly send us your order by email or Fax, and we will confirm the PI with you. we wish to know the below: the detailed address, phone number, destination, transportation way, and product information.
Q11: What is your selection of shipping method?
1). For small trial order: UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and DHL is suitable.
2). For large orders: we can arrange shipment by sea or air or according to your requirement.
