Can I get samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Existing samples are usually free and are dispatched within 3 days after confirmation. New mold and sample work takes about 1 month. Confirm freight, any custom-sample fee and refund terms first.

How long will a glass jar order take?

Bulk production takes 1–2 months from the agreed start. Printing or spraying usually takes 1–2 weeks; shipping transit is separate.

Can FEEMIO add a logo or create a new jar shape?

Yes. For decoration, send the selected jar, artwork, colors and position. For a new shape, send a drawing, sample or design brief so the mold, sample and approval plan can be reviewed.
