Vacuum is not airtight
An airtight lid limits air exchange. A vacuum system also removes part of the air with a pump.
Nine high-borosilicate glass vacuum food containers with locking lids, silicone sealing parts and a separate pump.
Choose the range

| Square | 310 ml | 127 × 118 × 67 mm |
| Square | 530 ml | 145 × 138 × 72 mm |
| Square | 800 ml | 164 × 158 × 78 mm |
| Rectangular | 370 ml | 151 × 118 × 65 mm |

| Rectangular | 1040 ml | 205 × 162 × 77 mm |

Simple 3-step operation
The pump draws air out through the center valve. Pulling the valve lets air back in before the lid is opened.

Leave suitable headspace, seat the lid evenly and close all edge locks.
Put the manual or electric pump over the center valve and remove air as instructed.
Pull the silicone valve to let air enter, then release the locks and lift the lid.
Food-safety note: Vacuum storage is not canning or sterilization. Keep perishable food refrigerated or frozen and follow local food-safety rules. The USDA explains why vacuum packaging still needs safe handling.
Specify every component
List each part in the quotation so the final sample, retail pack and care sheet use the same configuration.
| Container body | Clear high-borosilicate glass |
|---|---|
| Lid | Clear lid with edge locks; material confirmed in the quotation |
| Sealing ring | Silicone ring seated between body and lid |
| Center valve | Silicone valve used for air removal and pressure release |
| Pump | Separate manual or electric option; final operating details confirmed by sample |
| Shown color | Orange locks, seal and valve; custom color subject to project review |
| Point | Manual pump | Electric pump |
|---|---|---|
| Size shown | 145 × 43 mm | 140 × 43 mm |
| Operation | User-powered | Powered operation |
| Confirm before order | Stroke count, achieved vacuum and service parts | Battery, charging, voltage, cycle time and market documents |
| Set decision | State whether each set includes a pump and which container sizes share it | |
An airtight lid limits air exchange. A vacuum system also removes part of the air with a pump.
Agree how long the test runs, the starting pressure and the allowed pressure change.
Confirm one pump fits every selected lid and works after repeated use.
Define extra seals, valves, lids and pumps for retail or after-sales support.
Clear use cases
Use the approved model and food-safety instructions for each market. Vacuum storage can reduce air exposure, but it does not guarantee a fixed number of fresh days.

Discuss My Custom ProjectPlan quantity and timing
These are Feemio's standard commercial terms. The quotation confirms stock, each model, pump configuration, decoration and shipping plan.
| Order type | Standard policy |
|---|---|
| Custom production | 300,000 pcs per model / capacity |
| Mixed capacities | At least 100,000 pcs per capacity within the agreed order |
| Mixed colors or logos | At least 100,000 pcs per color or logo within the agreed order |
| Non-custom stock | From 5,000 pcs, subject to availability |
| Samples | Usually up to 10 pcs; cost and freight confirmed in the quote |
| Stage | Typical time |

Production and shipping are separate. Production runs from deposit receipt to dispatch. Shipping starts at dispatch and depends on the destination and transport method.
Check Stock & Lead TimeUse each part correctly
The glass body, lid, locks, seal, valve and pump do not have the same heat, wash or storage limits.
| Part or use | Guidance for the final care sheet |
|---|---|
| Glass body | Confirm the selected model's oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher limits. Avoid sudden temperature changes. |
| Assembled lid | Release the vacuum before opening. Remove the lid for heating unless the approved instructions clearly allow a specific use. |
| Silicone seal and valve | Remove as instructed for thorough cleaning, dry fully and refit evenly. |
| Manual or electric pump | Keep away from heat and water unless the approved pump manual says otherwise. |
| Perishable food | Vacuum storage does not replace refrigeration, freezing, canning or other safe processing. |
| Seal check | Test the finished model with the intended food, position, temperature and storage time. |
Use our glass food container compliance and testing guide to plan material reports, vacuum checks and destination-market documents.
Approve with evidence
Put the container, lid, valve, seal, pump, decoration and retail pack into one written approval plan.
Outside size, fill method, weight, wall thickness and visual tolerance.

Quick buyer answers
The shown system has a high-borosilicate glass body, clear locking lid, silicone sealing ring, silicone center valve and a separate manual or electric pump. The quotation states the exact number of containers, lids and pumps in each set.
The source artwork shows 9 models: round 390, 640 and 970 ml; square 310, 530 and 800 ml; and rectangular 370, 640 and 1040 ml. Approve the Feemio drawing before production.
Close all locks, place the pump over the center valve and remove air. Pull the silicone valve to let air back in before opening the lid.
No. An airtight lid limits air exchange after closing. A vacuum system also uses a pump to remove part of the air. The achieved vacuum and seal-decay limit should be agreed for the selected model.
No fixed time can be promised for every food. Results depend on the food, cleanliness, temperature, starting condition, seal and handling. Keep perishable food refrigerated or frozen.
Confirm the model-specific instructions for the glass body. Remove the lid and pump for heating unless the approved care sheet clearly allows another use, and avoid sudden temperature changes.
Choose by the target retail set, user routine and destination market. Confirm pump size, achieved vacuum, operating method, power or charging details, service parts and required documents in the sample approval.
Yes. Send the size mix, color reference, logo artwork, pump type, retail-pack format, sales language and quantity. Feemio will confirm the available materials, sample and production plan.
Custom production starts at 300,000 pcs per model or capacity. Mixed capacities, colors or logos normally require at least 100,000 pcs for each option within the agreed order. Non-custom stock can start at 5,000 pcs when available.
Feemio usually supports up to 10 samples. The quotation confirms sample cost, freight, available sizes and whether a manual or electric pump is included.
Stock samples usually dispatch within 3 working days. A new-mold sample takes about 1 month, and mass production takes about 1–2 months. Decoration and shipping are planned separately.
Send seven points: shapes and capacities, quantity per model, manual or electric pump, pump quantity per set, color and logo, packaging, and delivery country or port. Add your required date and test needs.
